1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeyLeakz (the "Service"), including the website at keyleakz.vip, our Discord server, our Telegram channel, and any associated content or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase.
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment partner, vipgoon.com, and the underlying card and crypto processors they use. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor(s) to charge the fees associated with your selected plan to your payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current; failed renewals may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.
Because access to digital content is delivered immediately upon payment, all transactions are considered final at the time of completion. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through vipgoon.com to prevent future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid period.
4. Account Access
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. You may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise distribute your access credentials, role assignments, or any content obtained through the Service to third parties. We may immediately suspend or terminate access for any account found to be shared.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the accounts you use to interact with the Service (Discord, Telegram, email) and for all activity that occurs through those accounts.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates the rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Scraping, bulk-downloading, redistributing, reselling, or republishing content obtained through the Service
- Sharing or leaking content, links, or credentials with non-subscribers
- Attempting to circumvent paywalls, access controls, or anti-fraud mechanisms
- Submitting fraudulent payments, performing chargebacks for legitimate purchases, or otherwise acting in bad faith
- Harassment, threats, or hateful conduct toward staff or other members
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The Service operates as a directory of references to content hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute content files on our own infrastructure. Any trademarks, logos, or third-party brand names referenced through the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
If you believe that material referenced through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, please contact us at support@keyleakz.vip with a description of the work, the location of the reference, and your contact information. We will review every notice in good faith and remove or disable references to allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific content will be available or remain available.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KeyLeakz, nor its operators, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KeyLeakz, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment terms, intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, indemnification, and limitation of liability) shall survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
13. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KeyLeakz regarding the Service.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted under them. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
